2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our offerings you agree to be bound by these terms.

3. Services

3.1 Description. We provide legal services tailored for real estate professionals, including contract review, compliance analysis, and consultation.

3.2 Scheduling and Delivery. Service dates are confirmed upon payment. If you need to reschedule, contact us at least 5 days before the scheduled date.

4. Info Products

4.1 Description. Our info products include digital training modules, templates, and guides for real estate law applied to realtor practices.

4.2 Access. Upon purchase you will receive access instructions to download or stream content.

5. Goods

5.1 Description. Tangible or downloadable legal templates and printed materials provided by RealtorLabLaw.

6. Fees and Payment Terms

All fees are due within 5 days of invoice issuance. Payment methods are specified in the invoice. If payment is not received within 10 days, service access may be suspended until settlement.

7. Refund and Cancellation

7.1 General Policy. Our refund policy varies by offering type as detailed below:

7.1.1 Services

Cancellations made 5 days prior to the service date are eligible for a full refund or transfer to a future date at your choice. Cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled date are not eligible for a refund due to committed resource allocation. Unused service hours may be transferred if agreed in writing.

7.1.2 Info Products

If you have not accessed or downloaded the digital content, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. After access is granted, no refunds are available due to irrevocable digital delivery.

7.1.3 Goods

All goods are subject to quality checks. If a product is defective or incorrect, we will provide a replacement at no extra charge. Other requests for exchanges are not available.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, trademarks, and content are owned by RealtorLabLaw. You may not reproduce or distribute them without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealtorLabLaw is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our offerings.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
